FSL League Rules (FIFA 1v1)
FSL League Rules
Introduction
The rules are based on fair play and respect for each other. Each owner will show respect for your opponents and respect for the "beautiful game". Owners are expected to uphold principals of sportsmanship and fair play at all times and will refrain from running up the score. Communication will be polite and the use of offensive or abusive language will not be tolerated. Each owner will play fairly without the use of known glitches or cheats. Non-sportsmanship like behavior could result in your removal from the league. Head sets are required during game play. If owners continue to apply pressure with a large lead and "run up the score" against opponents it will lead to your removal from the league. We are a "Sim-style" league based on fair play and SPORTSMANSHIP above all else.

Team Draft
A draft will determine team selection. For the FSL, only 4 star teams and lower are eligible to be drafted. The draft order will be determined by the order of finish in the table, so the last place team will select first, first place team selects last. New owners will be placed after returning owners by random order.
Scheduling Games
All games must be played in order. Any game played in advance without prior consent of the league commissioner will be voided and re-played. Scheduling games should be done using the Schedule Center threads in the forums. This is very important. Using Xbox live exclusively to schedule games is not acceptable. You must post in the contact thread to show that you are making an effort to schedule games. If you are having difficulties scheduling a game let a league commissioner know. If you will be unavailable for a period of time you must PM the commissioner and post in the contact thread so your opponents are aware.
Season Schedules
Each team plays each other twice, home and away. We will play 2 games per week against the same opponent.
PGL Cup
The FSL runs the PGL Cup which is a tourney that includes teams from all divisions. Everyone will be in this tourney. It is a single elimination tourney. Home team for each round will be notified when brackets come out.
Game Settings for Cup
Same as FSL League settings.
Overtime will be used to decide a winner, but no shootout if tied after overtime first time.
If tied, game will be replayed with the person being home now the other owner. This game will use overtime and a shootout if need to decide a winner.

- The bottom 6 from the table in Season I plus 6 new owners will form PGL Division I in Season II.
- A new Division will be added in Season II called Division II, consisting of 8 teams.
- Promotion/Relegation will be based on the owner, not the team.
